Miracles happened: It's hard to imagine The Lord Of The Rings flicks without hunky Orlando as Legolas, but it almost didn't happen. "Four Years ago I feel three stories and landed on a roof terrace. I crushed one vertebra and fractured three others. The doctors thought I wouldn't walk again. I had an operation and 12 days later I walked out of the hospital on crutches.

 

Where you can find him: Orlando is currently traveling the globe with Brad Pitt (now that's a dreamy duo), shooting the epic movie Troy, but you can catch him as a swashbuckler in this summer's Pirates Of The Caribbean.
